Terms & conditions - By entering and booking an appointment with Wanderlust Champagne Nail Lounge or anyone within employment with us; you are agreeing to accept our business terms and conditions.
Whilst we do take walk-ins we recommend to book to avoid disappointment - although we will do our best, however can not guarantee time of appointment for both walk ins and clients who have booked if there are any unforeseen changes or we are running behind.
Although we accommodate walk in clients we do prioritise those who have scheduled an appointment.
All appointments and treatments are subject to change and availability.
We ask all clients to arrive on time to their appointments to avoid waiting and making the technician run late into another clients appointment.
If the client or technician is running behind schedule, Wanderlust reserves the right to cut the treatment time down.
During busy time periods and seasons we ask for clients to be patient and understand if we are running slightly behind, as sometimes these are no fault of our own.
It is the clients responsibilty to book or arrange any appointments.
Clients must notify us if there are any changes to their booking, either if they are running late, to change their booking, to add or remove additional treatments or to cancel their appointment at least 24hours before their appointment is due.
Wanderlust reserves the right to cancel, amend, or reschedule appointments with in reason.
We recommend clients to call the salon direct to book an appointment, as we sometimes do not respond to bookings made via email or any of our social media pages.
Wanderlust also reserves the right to stop or refuse any treatment or booking at any time.
We will not tolerate any rude or aggressive behaviour towards any members of staff or any of our clients with in the salon.
Whilst we welcome children in the salon, we ask parents to be mindful, and avoid busy times in the salons especially those with buggies, as this poses as a health and safety risk.
We will not carry any treatments to those whom we deem not suitable for any treatments, i.e health & hygiene risk, or those who we believe are underage for certain treatments.
We ask all children under 16 years of age to come accompanied by an adult. Or whom have consent. Wanderlust will not take responsibility for this.
If clients have any health issues they must let a member of staff know before their treatment commences.
Wanderlust will guarantee most nail treatments 7 days from their initial treatment. We will repair free of charge with the same colour or product used. If the client wishes to choose another colour or product, there will be an additional charge. Even if the client arrives one day after the 7 day time frame we will charge for the repair or for the new treatment. In order for this to be valid the client must contact us immediately at first sign of break or damage. We would also recommend clients to take a photo as proof.
However we will not and can not guarantee treatments with natural nail polish.
We under no circumstances issue refunds or credit notes.
If a client is unhappy with the colour, shape or product they have chose at the time of treatment and wish to change the colour, shape or product, Clients may be charged for the additional change and asked to come back at a convenient time for the technician.
Clients who book appointments and fail to pay deposits if requested, fail to show up or fail to contact us to notify us, we reserve the right to not allow that persons to book any appointments in future.
Wanderlust will not be held responsible to any after effects, allergic reactions or possible infections after your treatment (these very very highly unlikely)
Any Vouchers purchased are valid for 3 months from date of purchase. This is also stated on the Voucher and we will not be held responsible for any lost or expired Vouchers.
Loyalty cards are available in store. Terms and conditions can be found on them.
Wanderlust reserve the right to refuse the sale or consumption of alcohol to anyone under the age of 21. We reserve the right to ask for ID of anyone whom we believe underage.
Complimentary bubbles are only given to clients whom spend over £30.00 on any treatments. Only one glass will be complimentary, any additional glasses or brands will be at a surcharge. We ask clients to request their complimentary drink at the time of treatment.
Wanderlust also reserves the right to remove and refuse anyone whom we believe have consumed too much alcohol or anyone acting in any aggressive or rude manner.
We ask clients to speak with management directly if they have any queries or complaints about their time with Wanderlust. We aim to deal with any matter as soon as possible in the most profession manner, and will ensure the client leaves satisfied with in reason.
Any Semi-permanent make up or beauty treatments are subject to availability. Deposits must be taken before any appointments are issued. Terms & Conditions are also applicable for these treatments, they can be found in detail on a consent form given at time of treatment. Although complimentary top ups are provided with the initial treatment, we do reserve the right to not offer to any clients whom we deem not suitable for this. Any further top ups will be charged if the first complimentary top up was given. There will be no guarantee on the successfulness of this treatment due to skin types and aftercare, therefore any further treatment charges will be applicable. The technician will only provide the treatment if they feel you may be suitable, we reserve the right to withdraw or turn away any clients whom we deem unsuitable. We will only provide semi permanent make up and provide brows, colour and shape that we deem suitable the clients existing brows. Any top ups and appointments are the clients responsibility to book. More T&C's on this can be provided at time of appointment.
We will not take responsibility for any clients lost or broken items inside the salon.
We do not provide consent forms for in store treatments, therefore by entering, booking an appointment and having treatment you are giving consent to all and any treatments.
All treatments must be paid in full. We may ask clients to leave some valuables behind if they do not have the full or correct amount.
We ask all clients to have the correct amount for their treatment before arrival of their treatment.
It is the clients responsibility to read and understand the description of treatment before booking an appointment. This can be found on the websites Pricelist or our instore pricelist.
Clients must understand that additional charges may be added on to your treatment if you have had any changes, upgrades, removal, additional treatment, additional time used, additional colours any nail designs, glitter, gems, or nail art used. Please revert to our pricelist to see the prices of any additional treatments. This is the clients responsibility to enquire about the pricing before their treatment commences.
Any discounts, loyalty schemes, packages and offers are at managers discretion and they reserve the right to stop or change this at any time.
